Account Registration and Eligibility

To use 42bet you must create an account by providing accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may hold only one account on 42bet. Multiple accounts by the same individual constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Fair Play

Responsible Gaming Obligations

The following responsible gaming terms apply to all players:

  • The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the player's account will be returned to the player after deducting any amounts owed to 42bet, unless the termination was caused by fraudulent conduct or breach of these Terms, in which case balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 42bet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software, is the property of 42bet or its content and technology suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 42bet platform without express prior written permission from 42bet. Unauthorised use of any 42bet intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 42bet, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the 42bet platform or any content or services thereon.

42bet does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 42bet will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to players, but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability outside its reasonable control.
